Meeting the accounts team
An important branch within the PSE tree is our accounts team. Accounts and Operations manager Ellie Milner, she began her career at Print Strategy as Accounts Apprentice 6 years ago! With her extensive knowledge of accounts, she is currently studying Business Management at the Open University. Alongside Ellie is Accounts Apprentice, Hannah Murphy, since joining in September 2018 she is studying for her AAT at level 3. They both work in sync to manage the accounts and make sure PSE runs as smoothly as possible.
THEIR ROLES
Responsible for managing the accounts department, Ellie has a broad knowledge of PSE meaning there’s nothing she doesn’t know. She helps across departments when needed, keeping PSE running like clockwork.
Even taking a detective role at times, the team love solving queries from clients and resolving any issues. Hannah enjoys constantly learning new things and getting a taste of all aspects within accounts, giving her valuable experience on the job! Ellie is go-to for any information regarding PSE, she thrives off helping the team wherever possible to make sure the company continues to be efficient.
WORKING AT PRINT STRATEGY
Every day is different at PSE, not knowing what new, exciting projects are going to come in and seeing how the team pulls together to make sure everyone best utilizes their own skills, is great to see and be around. Above that, everyone truly gets on. Both inside and outside of work, it’s nice to have true friends as well as colleagues – no matter how different some of us are!
