Rob co-founded Print Strategy Europe in 1995 and is still a salesman at heart, which was his job since he left school. His favourite thing to do is sit down with clients and work out how they can achieve better sales results from their print and marketing campaigns. Rob is a Dad and a keen sportsman, spending most of his spare time either playing sport or watching his children play.

Over 25 years of offline experience and as enthusiastic as ever about looking for improvements and new approaches.  Not a lover of sitting still, when he’s not working, he’s usually after a new challenge, loves being outside and watching lots of sport, particularly F1.

Paul is responsible for bringing new business into Print Strategy Europe, both on his own and with the help of his New Business team who are helping PSE go from strength to strength. Paul loves to travel and is a keen sportsman, although when he can he loves to devote his time to his daughters Halle, Jocelyn and Thea.

Lee has been in the print trade for over 25 years! If you can think of a job in print, he has done it both in manufacturing and procurement. Project managing multi million pound campaigns for blue chip clients to sorting out a few A5 Flyers for the local business! A wealth of experience in all types of print methods and materials, has a real specialism for sorting out projects from cradle to the grave.

His hobbies are golf and football coaching. Will watch ANY sport on TV! Is happily married with 2 kids and a crazy Dog called Taz!

Ellie joined the PSE team in 2013 as a keen accounts apprentice, soon making the department her own. Since then, she’s branched out into Operations and gets involved with all kinds of tasks across the business – there is nothing she won’t do; she really enjoys the variety of her role.  Ellie likes things to be as efficient as possible and help other people out where she can – She’s been around here for a while, after all! 

Outside of work, Ellie is undertaking a BA (Honours) Business Management degree, so when she can, she likes to let loose with a gin or three! She’s a very family-orientated person and loves seeing her nieces and nephews whenever she can. However, she will always jump at the opportunity to getaway in the sun!

Guy is responsible for making sure key customer projects are delivered on time. He ensures that when there are 5, 6 or even more elements to a direct mail piece, everything gets pulled together on time and the delivery date is met. As well as being a big sports fan, in particular supporting Arsenal, Guy likes to relax by cooking – especially with chillies.

Sam is an unashamed print geek and loves all things offline. When she’s not in the office, she’s often found in her local park helping to create a community hub. She lives in London with her other half, daughter, and two cats.

Rai has been in marketing for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to PSE. He has worked as a creative and recently as an account manager, where he gained valuable client-side experience and print knowledge. 

Rai loves to watch his beloved Liverpool FC and socialise with his friends and family outside of work. He also has a passion for art and antiques.

Emilija works as a part of the procurement team along with Guy, Adam and Lee, making sure projects are delivered on time, and we exceed customers’ expectations – from simplest repeat jobs to the most complex new projects. In her spare time, she loves to cook, read and is always on the lookout for new places to explore.

Hannah joined the team at PSE in 2018 to undertake an AAT Level 3 & 4 accountancy apprenticeship, which she has really enjoyed and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her here. Day to day tasks include keeping on top of both the purchase and sales ledger whilst assisting Ellie with other essential accountancy tasks.

Hannah likes nothing more than being with her family outside of work, whether it’s going out for nice meals or taking walks through the countryside. She also finds a lot of joy in online shopping (maybe too much!!) and going out with her friends at the weekend for a cocktail or two…”

Gemma joined the PSE team in April 2021, having worked in the Events industry over the last seven years. Gemma has worked across a myriad of experiential events alongside globally recognised companies, being at the forefront of building brand recognition through a range of visual and tangible stimuli.

Gemma gained a 1st Class Degree in Business Management in 2015 and recently achieved a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification in HTML & CSS.
Gemma loves to travel in her spare time, explore new places, and take long muddy walks with her four-legged fur-iend Leo.

Yasmin’s background in Direct Mail makes her a valuable member of the Customer Services team at PSE. She loves nothing more than having a good old chat with our clients and is very passionate. Yas is the life of the office for sure!

Outside of work, Yasmin loves to travel, with Japan being her favourite place so far. However, you’ll mostly find her playing video games and cuddling up with her cat KitKat or, when the weekend comes, making crazy gin-infused videos, singing, and dancing away!

Sophie is our Graphic Designer and is responsible for creating our marketing collateral and working on client proposals and artwork. After living and working in Bournemouth for the past five years, she has moved back to the Midlands and is enjoying exploring her old surroundings. In her spare time, she likes to keep creative by making jewellery and personalised homeware.

Over 15 years of strategic marketing experience working on both an agency and in-house side, planning and managing campaigns for a variety of multinational and challenger brands across a range of offline and digital channels.

I like to do my best to keep active and eat healthily, but it never works out most of the time. I love finding new pubs and restaurants or watching live sports. It’s also not too uncommon to find me in a mosh pit at a gig or festival.

Pete has a wealth of experience in Offline Marketing! Overseeing an extensive portfolio of both local and national campaigns for Door drops, Print, Inserts, and Direct Mail. This experience, bolstered with his passion for successful campaigns, has earned him a seat on DMA Door Drop Hub.

Outside of the office, Pete enjoys the outdoor life! Whether he’s running on his own, mountain biking with his two children Max and Bastian, or going on long walks with Dayna and the kids.
