The team – everyone works really hard but is up for a laugh too. ?

Do you have any advice for young women entering your field?

Do not be nervous about lack of experience if you have the right skill set. A few years ago, I knew nothing about print and mailing!

What do you like about working at PSE?

I like that my job challenges me every day in different ways, it’s such a varied role that every day is different. On top of that I love all the people that work alongside me, which makes the office environment at good place to be.

Do you have any advice for young women entering your field?

Don’t listen to anyone who says you need to change to fit into a preformed mould – Find your edge and use it! Your edges give you strength and set you apart from the rest. Give it your all and make your mark.

Lucy Hemming – Customer Services Manager

What do you like about working at PSE?

It’s a family business at the core, and you really feel that. We work with some amazing clients, and it’s great building relationships.

Do you have any advice for young women entering your field?

Don’t be afraid to dive in and put yourself forward. It’s pretty well known that print production, in particular, is a very male lead industry, but if you work hard and gain the knowledge, you can break the stereotypes!

Hannah Murphy – Accounts Assistant Apprentice

A year and a half

What do you like about working at PSE?

The working environment as a whole and my colleagues. I think we have a really strong team of people, and we get along great.

Do you have any advice for young women entering your field?

Accounting and Finance is traditionally a male-dominated field, but no matter what gender you are – be confident, and put the work in! People who carry themselves with confidence typically get noticed more, and you’ll never regret putting in too much effort!

Don’t take no for an answer. Always strive to succeed and remember always to be yourself. No one is like you; you are unique and special and do have something to offer that no-one else does.
