Don’t get caught out. Royal Mail has announced their 2020 price increases, find out below what this means for your mailings in the New Year. The new prices will become effective from 2nd January 2020.

PRICE INCREASES

  • Royal Mail Advertising Mail® will increase on average by 2.5%
  • Royal Mail Business Mail® will increase on average 5.2%
  • Royal Mail Publishing Mail® will increase on average by 4.5%
  • Response Services will increase on average by 6.3%
  • Partially Addressed Mail will increase on average by 2.5%
  • Subscription Mail will increase on average by 2.9%

It’s good to note that actual price changes are dependant on your posting profile and the prices above are based on the Royal Mail average profile.

Due to the uncertainty around Brexit, the General Election and a potential postage strike, the prices may not be welcomed by businesses planning mail campaigns. However, it is not all bad news!
